  Hello,

  So here is the site that I took this idea from – https://hackselfgrowth.com/quiz/
  After you click on one of the buttons, it proceeds to the next question. There is progress bar and possibility to go back. And the user is still on the same subpage.
  How do I achieve this? Is there a plugin for it? I did my research and couldn’t find anything like it.

  This is made using a multipage form. You must upgrade to the Business Plan as you need a third party form plugin.
