can’t use that url even though it’s mine?

en WordPress.com Forums can’t use that url even though it’s mine?

  When i go to the url, it says this page was deleted but it’s listed in my account as my domain.. when i try to use the url and start building my page, i can’t. I have no idea what’s going on.

  Looks like that blog was deleted over 30 days ago and cannot be restored. The original site owner would have been able to restore it within the 30 days. The site address is also not resuable. I recommend starting a new site here.
