Cant upgrade plan

When I try to upgrade my website to a business plan. When I try to upgrade it is giving me jetpack pricing instead of wordpress plans. How can I go about upgrading my website to a business plan to get my site back up and running.

I have a website with wordpress but the CC on file expired so they downgraded it to a free plan. I need to update the CC and upgrade to a business account. Are you saying that my whole website is now gone?
