    Hey there,

    I am not seeing an email subscription for your account. I will need some additional information in order to assist you with this. If you are having trouble receiving emails to to a custom address, can you clarify what domain the email is using? Such as (email visible only to moderators and staff). Additionally, where is the email account hosted?
