Can't manage links

I’m able to put on a blogroll (via the Customize page) but I can’t change the links.
It used to be so easy to do this. I don’t know why they changed it.
I tried going to the “help” page. It only told me how to manage links the old way – by going to the admin page. I can’t even find the admin page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hmm, as it currently stands, I believe you can only edit these links from the dashboard… You can access your dashboard by clicking on the following link.

PS: Notice the /wp-admin/ I added to the end of your URL. That should get you there.
