Cant find a couple of widgets/plugins/ext

    Hi, im new to the wordpress world, i love it.

    I need some features in my blog and i can bet that someone have done these plugins before, but ii cant find them, hope someone can give me the right direction.

    Basically i need to features:

    Authors widget: some kind of plugin that make a list with the blog authors and when someone click in a name a review comes up with the list of posts from that author

    Email a post: Another plugin that email new post to some emails (very few) with a customized text.

    Hope you can help me to find these features, i have search but i have found nothing.

    Author Widget Is found here:
    dashboard > appearance > widgets > Authors
    Add and be sure to save. It will display your Gravatar, so you may want to upload one.
