Can't Dismiss "Domain Expired" Message
-
Hello, i need help with issue on my blog. The issue is that i have chosen to let my domain expire and set the primary back to shutterbeater.wordpress.com, but whenever I visit the site I get a banner in front of the content saying that the domain expires. This banner cannot be dismissed. I don’t want to renew the domain and just want to get rid of the banner.
Many thanks for your help.

Hello,
I see this is tagged for a staff member to assist. In the meantime you may want to try this: While logged into your shutterbeater.wordpress.com account, from your Dashboard go to Store > My Upgrades. Next to the domain, click the “cancel” link to remove the expired domain mapping. -

Hi shutterbeater,
Sorry for the trouble! Your expired domain was stuck in our system — I just fixed that so you won’t see the expired domain message when you visit your site anymore. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
@annabellewinters, I see that Charlie helped you with this issue separately. If you have any further trouble, please contact us directly or start a new forum thread so we can continue helping you that way. Thanks!
