Cannot Log In to wp-admin

  I am using the Responsive theme, after the last 2 upgrades i am unable to access the dashboard. When i type Wp-admin after the site address a blank page shows up instead of the log in page.

  I was trying to upload a pdf file just before i noticed the problem for the first time. The pdf did not finish uploading.
