Cancelling an Ad

  • I am attempting to cancel an ad. How do I know if the attempt was successful?

  • You ignored my request May 4th to cancel my “bread” ad. I made a mistake. I’m not authorized to adverise this product. The ad # is 94729. You will need to refund eventually. Visa is good at handling this kind of problem.

    Please go to Tools > Advertising in the dashboard which will bring you here. In the upper right corner of that screen, you’ll see a button to stop the campaign.

    The total spend for this campaign has been $55. I added that in credits back to your account so you can use this again for a future promotion. Please let me know if any other help is needed.
