Cancel Upgrades to Delete Site / Account

    I’ve been trying for hours to delete my blog/account but am being stopped by the ‘Manage Purchases’ stage. I am trying to delete the purchase of a premium theme that I made 7 years ago but it seems entirely impossible. If someone could please advise that would be very very helpful.

    I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could assist you and remove the Premium theme from your account.
