Cancel Premium Plan But Keep Domain Name
-
Hi there,
I’ve bought a domain name and premium plan at the same time but it so happens that I need to use wordpress.org instead of wordpress.com, so I would like to cancel the premium service. I know that it is possible to perform a partial refund so I would like to cancel the premium plan and maintain the domain name pedrocordero.net, if it’s possible.
Thanks in advance and best regards,
Pedro CA
The blog in question is pedrocordero.net

I have subscribed already! And I can see that you’ve added the tag modlook, thank you very much for that!

Hi Pedro,
I cancelled and refunded that Premium plan for you. (It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt now in your Billing History.) Your domain pedrocordero.net and Google Apps email account are still active.
To use that domain with your new host using WordPress.org, you can point your domain’s name servers to your new host. We also have more details about your options in our guide to Move Your Domain to Another Host.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
