Can I DISALLOW youtube videos in my comments section?

Recently it seems WordPress.com made adjustments so that people can embed youtube videos in the comments. Is there a way to turn this off?

I searched the forum archives and found threads from people asking for this service, and the answer was no, youtube videos can’t be embedded in comments. But now that it’s possible, how can we control it?

Your only option is to moderate comments and then either remove all the code, or strip it down to just the URL and then if someone wants to view it they can go to youtube.
