Hi,

I’m really struggling to set-up the website to look identical to the business identity template, it’s exactly the style that I’m looking for.

When I started I found Business Identity template and choose that, so I’m not sure it’s reverted me to something else.

Business Identity is a premium ie. paid theme https://wordpress.com/theme/business-identity

If you previously purchased the Business Identity theme under this username account for that same site then you can ask Staff to assist you with sorting this out. Type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help. You cannot set up any premium theme that you have not purchased. See https://en.support.wordpress.com/premium-themes/ We do have a 30 refund policy. https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
