WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Can you please confirm which version of the desktop app you are using?
The WordPress desktop app is a WordPress.com/Automattic product, and the self-hosted forums cannot provide any support for that app.

please, don’t overwork :)Regarding this forum post, it looks like i need to clarify something.
My message was never intended to be posted on a forum.
Desktop WordPress app app says: “Contact us” so only wanted to contact “them” to let them know an issue in the app.
I do not need any help or whatsoever, just wanted to, kind of, submit a bug.Herman, i can’t answer what version this app is ’cause it’s nowhere to be found in the app itself. Strangely enough, it is not in Programs and Features… Anyway, i installed it from Win10 Store so whatever is the latest published version, that’s the one i have.

We don’t have an app in the Windows store. The WordPress desktop app can only be downloaded from https://apps.wordpress.com/desktop/, so if you downloaded something from the Windows store, it’s not our product.
