Browse happy button to footer

Hi,
is there a way to put the “Browse happy” button to my footer (I don’t have css editing option, but I would really like to support this initiative). -
If you copy and paste the browsehappy HTML, the stuff that looks like
<a...<img... />, then you can put that in a “text widget” in your sidebar. -
Put this in a text widget.
