Blogs Not Showing up in Reader

Add topic to favorites
For some reason, there are some blogs I am subscribed to but they will not show up in reader.
Also, there are some blogs that when I try to follow it says there is no RSS/Atom Feed and I cannot follow them, however, some of these blogs I am able to follow on Blogger.
Any help is appreciated!

If you are using IE9 in compatibility mode that reduces the finction to IE7 and IE7 is not supported. Disable it.

If you are using Avira anti-virus it has been causing issues too.

These are the troubleshooting steps we take whenever any issues like this arise:
clearing your browser cache and cookies > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled
updating the browser to the latest stable version (not a buggy BETA browser version) http://browsehappy.com/
confirming third party cookies is enabled http://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=61416
confirming JavaScript is enabled http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12654
confirming Flash is updated http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and if required installing the latest version of Flash http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
resetting your router and modem and rebooting your computer
then logging in using the secure https:// log-in see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
trying another browser

I have the same problem. I know of two blogs that are not showing up in my reader. I am still getting email notifications when a new post is published, but nothing in the Reader. I have tried all the suggestions and nothing is working. Please help!

If I could help I would. There are numerous threads on this same issue and we Volunteers are not able to deal with it. I assume that Staff will tackel this issue when they return from their meetup on July 23rd.
