Blog vs. website

    I don’t really want a blog. I want a website or a website with a blog. It appears as though I am only setting up a blog. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!!!!

    Hi! You’ve picked a theme with a front-page designed for blogging, but that can certainly be fixed!

    If you just want to start over with the front page, I’d recommend adding a page here:
    https://wordpress.com/page

    You can pick a template if you’d like, or start blank, and make whatever changes you need. Once it’s published, you can make it the front page with these steps:

    Set the Homepage

    Then delete the old front page.

    Some people are happy with just a front page for a while. But when you’re ready, you can add more pages, post a few articles, then get them all connected with a menu.
