Blog not showing in WP Reader

  My blog is not new, I am not using more than 15 tags, the material is not inappropriate or mature. Why is it not showing up in WP reader or when searching by topic? i.e) Slovenia ( just finished a trip there and have 20 plus posts) Any thoughts?
