Block desellects during auto-save

    Hi,
    I’m using wordpress.com browser WYSIWYG editor with blocks. The problem is that every time the editor performs an auto-save my text within the block is deselected and the cursor disappears. To continue writing I must select the block again. It is really annoying because I write large paragraphs and every few seconds I need to select my text again to continue. It disrupts my work. Is this a bug or some strange feature? And how to fix it?

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear that! I wasn’t able to reproduce this on my end on my first try. Can you try using a different browser temporarily just to check if the problem occurs there as well? If you are using Chrome, please try Firefox and see how the editor works there.

    Let us know how it goes and we’ll do some more digging into it.
