Blank box at the top of every page

Add topic to favorites
Hi,
I am not sure why I have a blank box on every page, or post I load using my phone. If you want to have a look just check out the home page and you’ll see it. It seems to be only on mobile devices so is there some thing I should be adding to remove this?

I am not a tech savvy person so if you can help can you make sure I understand what you are talking about so I can fix it? Thanks for any help!

The box is a placeholder for an image that can’t be found. It’s looking for the image http://theenchantedserendipity.files.wordpress.com/2014/09/cropped-img_0778.jpg

I presume this is a header image which was deleted later? The mobile options can be set in the Appearance menu
