    I have a website http://www.harborspringsweekly.com through wordpress. I pay $199 a year for the site. I am billed in April annually.

    On January 25, 2024 I was charged $300 by WordPress for what I do not know.

    On April 4, 2024 I was charged $199 by WordPress for my annual fee. See attached receipt.

    My website is downing has been. My account says I need to renew my plan, but it was automatically renewed & billed on April 4th.

    I need help with this please.
