I had to cancel my yearly subscription and expected to be refunded some amount of my cost as it was early in the year and I never launched my site. When should I expect to see a refund??

Hi @jessecroweblog, we’re able to refund unused annual plans if you let us know within 14 days of purchase.
Since it’s been quite a bit longer than that, we can’t refund at this point. But if you’d like we could restore the plan and help you get over any hurdles you have for starting the site. The only caveat is the domain is in redemption at this point. Let us know what you’d like to do.

Aww, man. That’s a big bummer…struggling artist over here. Sure there is nothing we do?? Id be happy with just getting half of the $200 back if possible. 🥺
