Best way for blog visitors to contact the administrator?

What is the best way for a blog visitor to contact the blog administrator? I would like to put my email address on the “About” page of my blog but I realize that a spambot would find it and put me on a spam list.
What is the best way for blog visitors to contact the administrator that runs the least risk of opening myself up to spam?

I’m running a little test on this at the moment. I posted up a plain text email address on one page on my blog. It was getting spam withing 12 hours, over 80 spam messages in first four days…
Easiest way for a spam proof email address is blah at gmail dot com, or you could go for something like I did with creating an image file that says the address.

I see the issue now. There was a bug in the forums earlier that was preventing folks from posting.
