Been charged twice

    Please can you check our billing history as we have been charged twice for the below, one on Mar 3 2024 and one on Apr 18 2024.

    It looks like the domain was renewed automatically, but you renewed it a second time on your dashboard. As a result of two payments, the domain was renewed for two years. The current expiry date of the domain is April 02, 2026.

    We can’t undo a domain renewal, so we can’t set it back to 2025 and issue a refund for the second payment. But the good news is that your domain was renewed for another year as a result of the second payment.

    I also noticed your site had the WordPress.com Creator plan that expired, so your site’s custom themes and plugins were removed. If you want to restore your site to an earlier point, you’ll want to upgrade to the Creator plan again and run a restore.
