  Looking for someone to point me in the right direction for editing one portion of my website. It is located here.

  Home

  What I would like help with is want to add a fourth button adjacent to the
  Services, CarePlan, Success Stories.

  i already have the graphic designed but it doesnt seem to show properly when I add it.

  Your website is using the self-hosted WordPress version. It’s not hosted on WordPress.com.

  You have to adjust the width of all above tabs to add new one.
