Backing up my wordpress

    I need help with the blog northwesternflipside.com

    I believe I need to upgrade my blog, but first I want to back it up. I’m not sure how to do this though, and I haven’t been able to activate the cPanel plugin (I’m not sure how to locate my ip address?). Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed?
