Automatic preview after publishing

  when I publish a post, it automatically goes to preview with a sidebar. If it only happened once it is not a big deal – close the sidebar and go back to the dashboard; but if I’m doing a lot of work in the background it gets very annoying.

  How do I shut it off? I would like to go back to “edit post” after publishing not to preview.
