Auto fill a form
-
I have a comparison table on my site , containing 3 packages for cleanup of a PC.
Now I want a plugin for a form, which there are plenty. But I want when you click on the “buy now” button, that a form is displayed with some fiels already filled, based on your choice.
I have made an example below.
Link Package 1:
https://xxxxxx.nl/contact?I want Package 1Link rear button Package 2:
https://xxxxxx.nl/contact?I want Package 2When you click on the button, that a dropdown menu is already filled with Package 1 or Pachage 2.
Does anyone know how I can make that? Or whether there is a plugin for it?
Thanks in advance.
P.S. sorry for my bad English.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The only form code we can use is here https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ as there are code restrictions on wordpress.COM hosted blogs https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality. You are confusing WordPress.ORG and WordPress.COM. For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted site running on a paid web hosting service.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
