Attar Theme doesn’t accept / display menu

    I’m using the Attar theme which claims that it can handle 2 menus as many WP themes do. However, I can’t get the Primary Menu that I’ve designed to show up in the header. Instead, all it wants to use is a Navigation Block, which is a pain to get to and edit.

    How can I get the tradition Menu to be displayed in the Header as usual?
