Archive at top with Gateway theme

Add topic to favorites
Hi,
How can I display an Archive at the top of the page with Gateway theme.
I only find footer wigdets and a following text:
“Your theme has 1 other widget area, but this particular page doesn’t display it.
You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customizer to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages”

I cannot find this.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Found it so far that I can display it on every page.
But can I also display it as a header?

There are no widget areas in the header in Gateway. Widget areas at the top of a theme are quite rare.

You could add date archives to a custom menu if you wanted, but you’d need to update it manually.
