Approving a request from a new user on a private blog from the Dashboard

    I have just set up my first blog and it is private. I have had a couple of requests from people to join (ie people who have not been directly invited by me but would like to be included), which is fine. I receive an email each time from WordPress with a link to ‘approve’ their request but I wondered if there is some way of accessing all those waiting for approval via the dashboard, in the same way as you can for comments waiting for approval. That way, I don’t have to keep an eye on my email but can just manage the blog from the dashboard instead. Help would be much appreciated as I am a complete novice at this!
