    Hello –

    I’ll be glad to help you get this sorted. It sounds like you downloaded the windows version of the WordPress app via: https://apps.wordpress.com/desktop/

    Once the app is downloaded you’ll need to open the applications on your computer and then run or select the WordPress app in order to open or launch it.

    I think you’ll need to click on Start > Apps and then find the WordPress app. I’m not familiar with using a Window’s system, but that’s what I found with a quick search online. Be well, and write back if you need more help.
