Apostrophe transformed to &' on "on the same topic" section

Hi everyone,
I am dealing with this since a long time. I am on a free version and theme of WordPress.com and I have a problem with some apostrophes in the “on the same topic” at the end of blog post. I copy-paste the problem here (it’s in french) but the html unicode ' isn’t properly translate to ‘.
On the post title on the post page, it’s ok. Some other articles with apostrophes in title appear well in this same section.Weekend d'enfer avec ma copine instagrameuse
Do you know how to fix this ?
I already try to emptied my caches, changed of browsers, change of internet connection but nothing works.

Oh I don’t know if you’ll understand the problem as this blog post transformed well the apostrophe !
