  Hi there

  The following website includes home page buttons that fade in when a visitor scrolls down the page, and text overlay that appears from the bottom of a button when the mouse hovers over that button: https://firstbite.com.au/

  Are any of these two features possible to initiate with CSS?

  Thanks for your reply – I have a wordpress.com site and I have used https://firstbite.com.au/ as an example of the kind of animation I would like to incorporate into my site…
