Always show comments on Mobile theme?

  I appreciate the WPtouch theme on my mobile phone, but t annoys me to no end that scrolling down to see the comments (a few bits of text from each person) requires an extra click & wait. Is there any way to set the WPtough theme to default to always showing the comments on loaded posts and not requiring an extra “click” & wait?
