Adventure Theme can't get like demo

I purchased the premium Adventure theme. Why does it say Active : Chateau when I go to Appearance>customize>theme??? It also ask for an additional $30 when I try to customize to look like demo. I am unable to set feature page to look like About me section with the man in demo. The demo seems to be misleading. I’m not happy with my purchase so far. Not user friendly at all. Can you please help me.

Activating a Premium theme is similar to activating a Free theme. From your dashboard menu navigate to Appearance -> Themes and click on the Premium link. There you’ll see a familiar grid of all the available Premium themes and you click the Adventure one to activate the theme. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/#how-to-get-a-premium-theme
After you activate the theme see:
