Adding page issue

    A while ago I created my own website without any issues.
    Now I want to make a second website for an organisation, and when ‘adding’ a page, I get different options.

    The “new page” had 2 columns. My plugin (Page boiler) and all worked fine. With the second website, I don’t have that 2nd column. It’s an empty lined square. Also my plugins don’t seem to work.

    Can anyone please help me? :/

    And when trying to “edit” an existing page, it says “You are not allowed to edit posts in this post type.”
