I want to add an English copy of my blog to my domain, I know I will use domain mapping but, Will I pay for mapping or the payment for the first blog only, I mean both will be on same domain and on WP.com!!

More question, Is the name hawlal3alm gonna be attractive or not, because if I have to pay more, I will have to chance for blog failture!!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It is not possible to have two blogs under the same domain name at WordPress.com. However, using a self-hosted WordPress site, this is more possible, you could keep one blog at johnsmith.com/blog/english/ and the other at johnsmith.com/blog/spanish/ or whatever.
