Activation mail form

Add topic to favorites
This probably sounds like a stupid question but I thought there was a new form on the home page (wordpress.com) to allow me to re-request my activation mail. I never got the original mail and now I can’t see the form.
Could someone point me in the right direction?

It only shows if you’re logged out, and it’s at the bottom right of the page!
