Acess denied

    Yesterday my wordpress site (www.hatching-dragons.com) was working fine. This morning when I tried to access the wp-admin it says a series of error codes, as below;
    Warning: require_once(/homepages/21/d511150307/htdocs/clickandbuilds/HatchingDragons/wp-load.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /homepages/21/d511150307/htdocs/clickandbuilds/HatchingDragons/wp-admin/admin.php on line 31

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/homepages/21/d511150307/htdocs/clickandbuilds/HatchingDragons/wp-load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php5.6′) in /homepages/21/d511150307/htdocs/clickandbuilds/HatchingDragons/wp-admin/admin.php on line 31

    the site itself (www.hatching-dragons.com) says access denied

    I am not a tech person so need help figuring this out as I cannot seem to access anything.

    That site is not on WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.

    This is wordpress.COM support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
    (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
    (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

    Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.com/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
