Accuracy of number of followers?

    Hi Everyone,

    When you click to follow my website, it says “Join 625 other followers.”

    I am just wondering about the accuracy of this number, since I doubt that it would be so high. I have 27 followers that I am aware of that also have a WordPress blog.

    Is this number accurate?

    Hi Marie,

    If you have connected your site with your Social Media accounts, the number of the followers will be a sum of all of those. I can see you have 431 followers on Tumblr and 166 on Twitter, add to that your followers from WordPress.com and you have your number :)
