Account Transfer Problem

Hi,
I transferred my account from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff).
This should have included my domain connection and explorer plan subscription.
After attempting to transfer, I did not get the domain access or the plan.
Could you assist me with this please?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Yes, I can help you. When looking over this account I can see that the domain sistemiumani.com and the Explorer plan are connected to it. You should see these under Upgrades in the dashboard. Please let me know if there’s another site I should be looking for.
