A question about Twenty fourteen theme.
-
Can I decrease columns in “post page” to 2 columns while I fixed that there’re 3 columns in front page as usual?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In a word, the answer is no. Every theme has a detailed theme description page. That is where the features and ability to work with them are described. See https://wordpress.com/theme/twentyfourteen and note the setup instructions for it, the features of it, and the live demo site link is found. That theme has Featured Content and Featured Images instructions.
The Home page of your site be default is at the URL for the site.
This is a one or the other situation. You can create a static front page, and then a separate page for all your published posts. The first step is to create two pages and then designate them appropriately.
(1) All posts on the front page which is also called the home page and is the URL of the site by default.
(2) Or a static front page http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/ and all posts on a different page. In that case you can create a Page for the Home page https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/#create-a-new-page first, then create one for your Posts/Blog. Lastly, you designate a static front page.
Optional – Create a blog page https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/#optional-create-a-blog-page
Create a custom menu https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#1-create-a-custom-menu
Add your blog page into it https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#2-add-menu-items
* Navigation Label – Enter your custom link text here. This overrides the default name of the menu item, replacing it with the name you give it instead.
