Have you just published a new post and are dying for some feedback? Did you recently start your blog and could use some layout or design advice from your more seasoned peers?

Tap into the wisdom of The Daily Post blogging community and leave your question here in the comments. Others can then click through and offer input either on your site, or in the comments here (feel free to indicate which you’d prefer).

To help us make the Community Pool a productive space for discussion, here are some tips you might find useful:

TIP: To keep from losing your place in the comment thread while you visit others’ blogs, right-click on a link to open it in a new tab or window.

  • While you’re not required to, we encourage everyone who requests feedback to also reply to at least one or two other bloggers who need some help. Spread the love!
  • The Community Pool comments section can get quite big — and starting duplicate threads doesn’t help. Thanks for not posting the same question more than once!
  • If you’re looking for quality feedback, be as specific as you can. Questions about a particular post tend to draw more comments than ones about entire blogs. Questions about specific design elements are more likely to be answered than ones asking for general layout advice.
  • We discourage leaving links without a more substantive message or question. These are often overlooked by other bloggers, and we frequently remove them to make the comment reading experience smoother.
  • Please keep all comments civil and constructive. The idea is to have fun — it’s a pool, after all!
  • If you haven’t looked at our Commenting Guidelines in a while, now might be a good time.
  • No running on the deck.

  1. Hi there everyone!
I’ve just written my second blog post and would love a little feedback on whether my content is something people would like to see more of. My blog is (trying to be) a positive space where people can discuss their mental health, chatting about my own experiences with anxiety and depression as a base. I’m wondering whether I should keep it as just this or maybe make it more of an all-round blog? i.e. not just mental health? I have no idea which would be best. You can find it here https://sadaptation.wordpress.com/ Thanks so much in advance! Checking out some of your blogs now 🙂

      1. hmm, I suppose that’s possible. :-/ Anyway, the title is “Notes from a winding, bumpy Road,” and two of the tags are ‘basketball’ and ‘Los Angeles Lakers.’ Thanks for the assist.

  3. I was wondering what content people like reading. I had posted my first blog which was a poem. But i have no idea that any other blogger would care to give a look at it or not. Please leave some comments so that I can work on it. bhavyapage.wordpress.com

  4. Hi there. I just started my blog two weeks ago. It’s a space to share positive news with a base in positive psychology. I’m trying to keep it light with a relation to my everyday life. I’d love some feedback. Thanks for giving us newbies this space to share. I’d also love some guidance on categories and tags and how best to use them for my blog.

  6. I am kind of new here… I’m still a bit clueless though ( eek! ). I was just wondering how to drive more viewers to my blog ( I call it a semi-musical diary) and how to gain viewers to comment or interact with me. My blog is:

Any help would be appreciated and thank you for your time. 😊

  9. Hi I am new to blogging and wondered if I could get some tips on my first article. I will be concentrating on mental health issues and my post is about happiness. I hope you enjoy it if you get time to read it 🙂

  10. Hi guys. So I have finally got my blog up and running after a bit of procrastination, but I am so proud that I have stuck to my new years resolution and actually didn’t give up! I am not technical in the slightest, not really a creative writer and not got excellent grammar, but hoping to improve on all these and most importantly use my blog as a platform for things that inspire not only me but have inspired others to make a positive change in their lives. I would so appreciate any feedback, especially on the layout – how easy is it to navigate etc as everything has been created by watching you-tube videos and hoping it looks half as decent. Thanks so much http://unite-and-inspire.com/

  11. Hey everyone! Im Harshita…
I had started blogging last year to not just express my views to the world, but to also share any interesting article or video that I come across on the internet.
I would just like to know your feedback on those blogs and I would appreciate it if someone can guide me in case they feel the blog lacks of good content.
