I did notice that the Kindle version isn’t working for Photography 101 and the Kindle & PDF versions of Grow Your Traffic, Build Your Blog aren’t working. I get an error message telling me there’s no style associated with the XML file.

Can you give us a bit more information? What sort of Kindle are you using? An actual Kindle ebook reader or a Kindle application on another device?
We haven’t been able to reproduce the error — the book files are opening as expected.
