Wow, what a great response, I just titled mine Post a day Challenge 2011 to keep me focused on this challenge. Under the heading I put there is purpose in your pain, because we all have pain and we just need to accept it. I try to write a daily post. I have just moved and seem out of sync or in a “funk” so today was refreshing to see everyone’s clever name.

Zelle Vintage . Pleasure Time. Zelle because of Mata Hari real name . Vintage because it is about old times in cinema, music, fashion, etc. Pleasure time, well it is a nice time I enjoy when I write there.

Looking forward to being able to actually getting to blog more frequently from the ‘post a day/week’ topics. Thanks for this one.
“Excuse my Ennui” explained in my first post http://wp.me/pWnwA-1 defines the perpetual state of boredom I find myself in notwithstanding obligations, responsibilities & aspirations. Sometimes it feels great to laze about but reality soon sets in đŸ˜¦
Hopefully I’ll pull the purposefulness of this blog out so it won’t be overshadowed by my restless state.

It was my way of saying “Anti Food Snob.” I’m a huge nerd, so one day when I was explained to my mom that I was a “food snob snob” I immediately thought food snob^2 or, food snob squared.

Being what is not while not being what is is the name of my blog because it describes the logical structure that frames “existence” (all existence)–as it incorporates a double negative which, in turn, frames the “affirmative ideal,” the affirmation that if it did not exist–nothing would exist. Since it does exist, though, so does the Divine that permeates the universe, the same universe that via the “affirmative ideal” we are able to describe and understand, i.e., the same divinity that answers the question Who Am I? Thanks for the question!

Actually, I guess it got chosen for me. Fantasy Gathering was an old site from the old days when chat rooms and message boards were the ‘norm’. I made it for a bunch of role players. Then as the ‘norm’ changed to blogging and social networking sites, I finally had to re-purpose FG into a blog for personal use. Either that or let it sit around and keep wasting money on a .com.

Strangers, someone said, are just friends you haven’t met yet. Until you meet them, they’re just faces in a crowd that you pass while hurrying to an appointment. They’re the other people standing in the elevator with their eyeballs rolled upward, fixed on the floor numbers. Nameless people who don’t stand out to you simply because you’ve never met them before. A face in a crowd. That’s me. http://faceinacrowd.wordpress.com

Enigmatic Whispers (http://verdakhan.wordpress.com/) Ironic to the content of the blog, but based on the fact that sometimes whispers and non”hot-debates” work miraculasly and makes this world a little better; metaphor for thoughts, beliefs and ideas. Enigmatic – every new, other thought is, at first, absurd and enigmatic.

The name of my blog is: grannysramberling. I gave my blog that name because I send out quotes to my grandchildren, some of my children, and friend of theirs or some that I picked up because they saw the quotes that I sent and requested to be my friend so that I may send them quotes. The quotes are random quotes and I am a Mother, Grandmother and a great grandmother. So My daughter-in-law thought that Grannysrambling would be a good name, since I would also be posting random quotes on my blog.I couldn’t do the grannysrambling because it was already taken so I just added the r to get it near to what we wanted. I started sending out quotes for encouragement and also to give young people, especially, a different way of looking at life.

I chose mine quite at random when I was embarking on my venture into blogging. At the time I began every day with an early morning walk – the best time for churning over thoughts and ideas – with our lovely dog. I’m not a slow ponderous walker, I’m a strider. The name ‘Striding Out’ just seemed to fit …

My blog’s names is 3rd Culture Children – we’re a family of five, each one of us born in a different country. We’re a traveling family, with the US Foreign Service, currently posted in Recife, Brazil. Our three children are third culture kids, coming from a Brazilian mom, and American dad, and being raised around the world, under a hybrid culture – “third culture”. The idea to have the site/blog was to showcase our travel images, places, sharing stories, tales, impressions, opinions with family and friends, as well as to have a place to share resources with other expats and/or parents of TCKs. It’s been an exciting and interesting journey, with no dull moments, and WP has made it really easy to keep up with people, offering countless ways to improve my blog (I’m an amateur, still! :o) Thanks!

The name for my blog came after going through alot of diverse experiences and slowly realizing that in reality, I did not have any control over the way anyone else perceives this world and life. Each one of us sees life and eachother through our own eyes uniquely given to our self. There is no one else like you in this world, and never will be. No two people see any thing in the exact same the way. And this eventually opened my eyes to seeing there is a Divine and Intelligent Creator behind all this, which I call God. The Source of all the ‘mathematical’ equations that has brought each one and everything into existence. I have walked from a Spirit-less perspective into a Spirit filled one. Having experienced being on both sides of these ideas, from believing mankind is god, into a greater understanding that God is God, and man is God’s creation, Divine Order. I’ve been in the process of sharing while moving throughout all these changes. My blog, You-nique-by-design.com, is about seeing this world through my own unique eyes, while living with all unique diverse souls on this journey. I am finding out that Love grows greater along the way, through letting God’s Love in to fill my human heart’s ability to grow in love for others. InJoy this day!
