Sleeping. Go to sleep and everything you did non-healthy gets ereased. sort of like going home to Jesus. Someday.

Daydreaming. it is like floating in the air, like flying, but without the sweat, to fight against the gravity.

Yep, I agree with nantuckettiechic, it’s gotta be sleeping. And the next one down the list is lazing on the sofa in front of the tv, at the end of a good movie I could have lost a few pounds! I reckon there must be a few calories being burned through blogging and fingers hitting the keyboard. 10,000 keystrokes probably only burns 2 calories tho!

Daydreaming. Or maybe reading.

I thought eating too, but I guess its always to have a balance between food and some other movement (other than chewing) so I’ll go with typing, including on your phone.

Mine is focused on back of the bike, but after joining Postaday2011 I started writing about other areas of my life as well.

Sleeping is definitely up there! But it would be really great if working at the computer could make me fit too! Can I have both please?

Duh, winning! Seriously, either reading or writing. If it were drinking coffee and listening to music, I’d be ripped. I actually like working out, though. I just wish it wouldn’t take so much time.

A great way to keep fit is by eating PIZZA – MMMMMMMMM

oh so many to choose from!
Let’s see:
Eating = to replace the treadmill
Day dreaming = to replace the Elliptical thingy
Napping = to replace the stairmaster thingy
Reading a book = to replace carrying weights ( need to tone up too you know!)

Tour de France on TV. When the bikers sprint up the Champs-Élysées on the final day of the race, after three weeks on the road, I feel fitter than ever, but I’m exhausted. I can only imagine how they must feel.
