What happens during a session

Each session is a free 15-minute video call with a WordPress.com Onboarding Specialist.

Here’s how it works:

1. You share your screen (or we share ours) over a video call.
2. We learn about your goals. What are you building? What do you need help with?
3. We guide you through next steps — setup, settings, tools, domains, or whatever you need.
4. You leave with a clear plan for what’s next, plus a follow-up email with notes and resources. You can also request a recording of your session.
