Hi there!
Once your WordPress.org site is set up, just set up Jetpack and you can transfer your subscribers to your new site! Let me know when you’re ready and I’ll give you directions.
Your search engine rankings should be fine. As long as you export your entire WordPress.com site and import it into your WordPress.org site and set up your domain to point to your new site, search engines will recognize it as the same site.
If you need a response in Spanish, try our Spanish language forum here:

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi there!
Once you’re all linked up with Jetpack you can visit your blogs in WordPress.com:
http://wordpress.com/my-blogs/
Under your new WordPress.org site, select Manage. In that pane, you’ll see a space to select a WordPress.com site to transfer your followers from!
Let me know if you have any trouble with that! :)

Hello again,
I have done all indications, however I can not see the actual number of subscribers that I have. I mean, those who have subscribed to receive notification via email. http://www.vivoemprendiendo.com has over forty thousand subscribers and this has been achieved through a long time. I hope you can help me.
Thanks for your support :)

Hi there!
When we transfer your stats, we can only transfer the WordPress.com and email subscribers, which it looks like you’ve done successfully!
However, it looks like you have about 40,000 Twitter followers, which we include in our ‘Follower’ counts, but we can’t transfer.
In order to have those followers listed on your site again, all you’ll need to do is connect your WordPress.org site to your Twitter account again!

Let me know if I can help further!

Hi,
I made each of your instructions, apparently I did well, however I fail to see the followers of Twitter. Still appear only 259 subscribers.
Thanks for all your support. I appreciate everything you’re doing for me.

I’m sorry about that! I misspoke. Jetpack does not include your Twitter followers in your blog Follower count. But that is where your ‘missing followers’ went.
Hope that helps! Let me know if there’s anything else I can do! :)
