  Hi, I want to transfer my domain to another host (one.com) and need to unlock it and acquire an “Auth ID”
  I’ve looked at several guides, but I don’t seem to have the required options in the domain admin dashboard.

  homleids.no is not registered through WordPress.com, it is just mapped here. Domain Mapping is the upgrade you would purchase if you wanted to use a domain registered elsewhere (GoDaddy or 1and1 for example) with your WordPress.com site.

  You will need to log into your account at your domain registrar if you wish to transfer registration to another registrar.
